Warranties

Work carried out by Tedmans Franchisees usually carries a free service warranty period. Two exceptions being when a part-treatment only has been carried out, or where the structure being treated has not been constructed to Council specifications.

As well, a third party warranty may be purchased to cover replacement of Termite damaged timbers, make-good repairs and treatment up to $100,000.

Tedmans Free Service Warranty

Tedmans warranty is to return as soon as practicable and retreat free-of-charge any re-infestation of the pests treated which are reported during the service warranty period.

The service warranty period is shown on the current Proposal form.

This warranty is for provision of service only, and does not include the cost of replacing Termite damaged timbers and make-good repairs
